Four months ahead of the Busan High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, the OECD has published the evaluation on the implementation of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. Findings indicate that progress has been unsatisfactory, and the draft outcome document from the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, does not provide a solution to overcome the implementation bottleneck.
