Advocacy notes: How EU leaders should respond to tax scandals

Public-private partnerships (PPPs): are they the right tools for development? Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are high on the development agenda and they are increasingly being promoted as a way of closing the infrastructure financing gap in developed and developing countries alike. Given the complexity of the issues and risks involved, any decision to promote the use of PPPs in developing countries further should be based on a thorough assessment of these mechanisms, and on the lessons learned from past experience.

Numbers, numbers, numbers: new reports on financing for development Since CONCORD published the Eurodad-authored report on Global financial flows, aid and development earlier this year, there’s been a slew of other interesting papers taking a ‘big picture’ look at the landscape of finance flows to and from developing countries.
